Before you begin with the survey, I’d like to go back and reference the previous blog post "But Why?". If you have not read it, it would be ideal that you do so before jumping into the survey. Understanding the deeper motivations behind our actions can be pivotal in achieving consistency and success in our fitness journeys. It highlights the "5 Whys" strategy, which involves asking yourself "why" multiple times to dig deeper into the root causes of your challenges, or reasons for doing something. For instance, if you often feel too tired to work out, ask yourself why that is. You might discover that inadequate sleep or late-night habits are the culprits. By identifying and addressing these underlying issues, you can develop more effective strategies to stay motivated and consistent.
