In order to properly complete the workouts provided in this program, you will need access to gym equipment such as dumbbells, benches, cable machines, etc. It is an 8 week program designed to increase your performance in each of the categories of your Physical Fitness Test (PFT) while serving in any branch of the military (Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Space Force).
This is not a catch-all program in order to pass your PFT. Passing the height and weight portion of the test is heavily dependent on the nutritional program in which you partake. Physical training ALONE does not guarantee you will meet the height and weight requirements.
For cardio, if running is not an option for you, feel free to substitute the running with cycling, rowing, or use of an elliptical machine.
