This is a 10-week program designed for individuals that already have experience with weightlifting and compound movements. THIS IS NOT A PROGRAM FOR BEGINNERS without direct supervision.
The program is broken down into 3 phases and is intended to increase strength, not size. The workouts have been prescheduled, but can be rescheduled as needed, and will begin on the next Monday following the date of purchase.
Along with the workouts, you will also have access to a coach 7 days a week to answer any questions or concerns that you may have regarding the program. Program begins on the next Monday following purchase.
